Testimonial:
"I have been playing cricket since I was 5 years old and am now 48 and a member of the Mountains Kariong Cricket Club.
I thought I had pretty much passed my prime but last season I bowled more wickets than I have in 10 years.
My stamina and my all over strength has increased dramatically and my recovery time decreased. A game of cricket would in the past, have had me laid up for days and now I wake up the next morning and feel fine. I really surprised myself, how good I felt and I surprised a few others too.
When they ask me what my secret is I happily say it is one class a week of Pilates. I did get a few strange looks with that answer but no one can deny I can keep bowling much longer before I reach exhaustion. I am stronger and fitter.
I was originally dragged along to class by my wife and knowing it would be good for my niggling back I went, having no idea it would have so many other benefits.
Now I have got a few more members of the team coming to class, bringing their partners and it has become quite social. I thoroughly enjoy class and definitely enjoy my new fitness level.”
