Now is probably a good time to say I hate exercise, but I don’t feel that way about my Pilates. I have met great people in class and now I look forward to going as an outlet for stress. I always leave feeling better, having laughed the way through class. Even doing just one class a week my body has toned but far more importantly I felt pain relief from the 2nd lesson. I encourage anyone thinking about it to give it a go.
